Notice is hereby given that:
• the 2018 Bergen Twp Reorganizational Meeting will be held on Monday, January 8th, 2018 at 6:30pm at the Lester Prairie City Hall.
• the date of the January 2018 Bergen Township Regular meeting has been changed to Monday, January 8th 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Lester Prairie City Hall.
• Township related info is posted online at www.BergenTownship.com. The Bergen Twp. Board meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Lester Prairie City Hall. However, June 8th, 2018 will be located at the Bergen Town Hall.

Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
Glen Mumford is requesting a variance for building a pole shed closer to the west line of his property in Section 33 than ordinance allows. Ordinance states a minimum of fifteen feet from the side boundary. This property is located at 9914 US Hwy 12 SW, Howard Lake. It is PID #212-000-333304.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
