Bids shall be submitted on proposal forms which may be obtained at the Office of the Wright County Highway Engineer, Wright County Highway Department Building: 3600 Braddock Avenue NE, Buffalo, Minnesota, 55313. Bid envelope should be labeled in lower left corner of envelope as to contents.
The bids for the Seasonal Requirements will cover the period from May 1, 2018, to April 30, 2019, except if stated otherwise in the proposal.

Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 the Middleville Township Planning Commission will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
Kenny Wilson is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of holding an annual van show on his property which is located in the SW1⁄4 of section 10, Middleville Twp at 1640 Co Rd 6 SW, Howard Lake. This is PID #212-000-103200.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed CUP will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Board of Commissioners, during its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at 9:30 A.M., will hold a public hearing to consider amending the Wright County Code of Ordinance. The amendment has been assigned number 18-1. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
The Wright County Board of Commissioners will be reviewing and discussing proposed amendment to the Wright County Code of Ordinances. The proposed amendments will create Chapter 31 – Powers of Special Deputies. This proposed amended ordinance will authorize Special Deputies in the Office of the Wright County Sheriff to enforce all applicable state and local statutory and regulatory provisions governing zoning regulations, and parks, trails, water, boat, vehicle or traffic safety through the issuance of citations or other means permitted by state law.
