The School Board of Independent School District No. 2687 of Howard Lake, MN will receive estimates for lawn care and landscape maintenance service for the 2018 season. Estimates will be accepted until 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the District Office, 8700 County Road 6 SW, P.O. Box 708, Howard Lake, MN 55349; please mark estimates “Lawn Care Estimate 2018”.
Complete specifications and estimate forms are available at the District Office. The administration and school board reserves the right to reject any or all estimates and to waive any irregularities or technicalities.

BID TIME: Bids will be received at the office of Alan Wilczek, Wright County Facilities Service Director, 10 2nd Street NW, Room 235, Buffalo, MN 55313 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. All late bids received will be returned unopened to the submitter. No faxed bids will be accepted.
BID LOCATION: Sealed Bid Proposals for the Wright County Justice Center construction work to be provided in accordance with the construction contract documents, as prepared by BKV Group, will be received at the office of Alan Wilczek, Wright County Facilities Service Director, 10 2nd Street NW, Room 235, Buffalo, MN 55313 until the date and time as stated above. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. No faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Sealed bid envelopes shall be marked with the Bidder’s Name and Category of Work being bid.
EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents for this construction work may be examined in the Wright County Administration Offices, Minnesota Builder’s Exchange, Builder’s Exchanges listed: St. Cloud, Duluth, Willmar, Albert Lea, Rochester, Austin, Mankato, South Central, Southwest, Fargo-Moorhead, Grand Forks, Aberdeen, and Sioux Falls Builder’s Exchanges, iSqFt, Dodge Data and Analytics, and CMD Group; Boarman Kroos Vogel Group, Inc. 222 North Second Street, Minneapolis, MN 55401; and Contegrity Group, Inc., 101 1st St SE, Little Falls, MN 56345.
BID DOCUMENTS: Bid documents will be available to contractors on or about February 15th. Bid documents can be obtained online through Contegrity Group’s plan room at www.cgiplanroom.com where electronic download of these documents is free. If ordering printed bid documents, a plan deposit check in the amount of $450.00 per set, made payable to Wright County Treasurer and a separate non-refundable check in the amount of $75.00 per set made payable to Contegrity Group, Inc. for mailing fees will be required. No partial sets of bidding documents will be issued. Plan deposit will be returned upon receipt of all bidding documents returned in useable condition within (20) days after the date bids have been received. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference for all interested contractors will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Wright County LEC 2nd Floor Community Room, 3800 Braddock Ave NE, Buffalo, MN 55313.
BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or corporate surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the base bid, as bid security.
If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising under such contract. Such bonds shall be the latest edition of the AIA Document A312/CM, in the amount equal to 100% payment. If the contract is less than $75,000 an irrevocable Letter of Credit from a financial institution will be acceptable under the same terms and conditions of Performance & Payment Bonds.
Wright County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within forty five (45) days after the closing time and date.

Hollywood Township Annual Board of Audit
Notice is hereby given to the residents of Hollywood Township, Carver County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Board of Audit will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting is held so that the Town Supervisors can audit the town ledgers of the Clerk and the Treasurer for the past calendar year.
The meeting will be held at the Hollywood town Hall one block east of the Hollywood Sports Complex on County Road 122.

Requests a variance of Section 155.026, 155.049, 155.057 & 155.059 Chapter 155, Title XV, Land Usage & Zoning of the Wright County Code of Ordinances to allow construction of a 6’ x 7.25’ roadside bathroom addition to existing cabin to be 4.4 ft. from the north property line and 11 ft. from the edge of a private road. Also allow conversion of an existing 12’ x 16’ open deck on the lakeside into a hard roofed screen porch 19.4 ft. from the Ordinary High-water mark of lake and 11 ft. from the side property line. Watertown Township Notice of Annual Meeting
Notice is hereby given to the residents of Watertown Township, County of Carver, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday March 13, 2018. In case of inclement weather, the meeting may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March (3/20/2018). If inclement weather also postpones the meeting on the third Tuesday, it will be held on March 27, 2018.
The Annual meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. Town will be discussing various topics including the 2019 levy. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Watertown Township Office at 3580 County Road 10 North Watertown, MN.
