Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, the Township Election will be held on
Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m.

The Election Poll hours will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect:

Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment
B1 Zone District Permitted Uses
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018 in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall, 502 Atlantic Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota to consider an amendment to the Waverly Zoning Ordinance.
The Zoning Ordinance Amendment, if approved, would amend Section 153.061(H) Permitted Uses in the B1 Zone District (General Business). The permitted use of storage buildings or distributing stations is proposed to be eliminated. Businesses with accessory storage will be permitted as long as the primary use is not for storage.
Interested parties are invited to attend the hearing, either in person or by agent or attorney to comment on the proposed change in zoning.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Sealed Bids for a single Prime Contract will be received at the office of Brian Koslofsky, Director, Wright Technical Center, 1403 3rd Avenue NE, Buffalo, MN 55313, until 2:00 PM daylight savings time on April 3, 2018 for the Wright Technical Center Masonry Restoration 2018 project.
The Project consists of select masonry repair at the Wright Technical Center building. The building is comprised of a single-story with a single wythe concrete masonry wall and structural steel frame and low-slope roof, and was constructed in 1970’s with additions in 1998 and 2009. The masonry is exhibiting vertical and horizontal cracking of masonry units and joints and control joint sealant failure. The Work includes, but is not limited to; cutting in of new control joints, replacement of old control joints, replacement of cracked block masonry units, selective repointing, and cleaning of masonry walls.
A mandatory prebid conference has been scheduled for 1:00 PM on March 15, 2018. Meet at the Wright Technical Center.
Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and Prevailing Wages are applicable to this Project. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
The Owner reserves the right to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular, or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid received. The Owner also reserves the right to reject a bid that is within the Owner’s judgment to be in the Owner’s best interest.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening without written consent of the Owner.
