NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF EASEMENT
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE §412.851
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council on the 10th day of July, 2018 in the City Hall located at 502 Atlantic Avenue, Waverly, MN at 7:15 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of the drainage and utility easements located in Woodland Shores 2nd Addition legally described as:
Proposed Drainage and Utility Easement vacation description:
The Drainage and Utility Easements, as delineated and dedicated the South 5.00 feet of Lot 6, Block 7, WOODLAND SHORES 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the easterly 10.00 feet thereof and lying easterly of the westerly 10.00 feet thereof
AND
The North 5.00 feet of Lot 7, Block 7, said WOODLAND SHORES 2ND ADDITION, lying westerly of the easterly 10.00 feet thereof and lying easterly of the westerly 10.00 feet thereof.

TO: RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE
FROM: LESTER PRAIRIE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Section 5.1 Zoning, 5.1.6 Central Business Districts, 5.1.6.3 (e) Special Use Permits, and 5.1.12.4 Special Uses, that the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, in person, by agent or attorney, regarding a special use permit request submitted by Joe Neaton and Chikwem Ihekweazu, located at 606 Central Avenue.
The special use permit request is to have a used car dealership with servicing and storage.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
An application for a text amendment to Chapter 3 - Utilities, Section 301.000 Sewers of the City of Winsted, Section 304.000 City Water System and the sale of Water, 308.000 Utility Connection, Chapter 4 - Franchises, Section 407.000 Wireless Communication Services; Chapter 14 Buildings and Structures, Section 1402.000 Fences, 1407.000 Minimum Structural Code and Section 1408.000 Floodplain Ordinance; and Chapter 15 Section 1 - Winsted Zoning Ordinance, all of the Municipal code for the City of Winsted in regards to the zoning ordinance updates.
The application, if approved, would repeal:
The current text in Chapter 4 - Franchises, Section 407.000 Wireless Communication Services; Chapter 14 Buildings and Structures, Section 1402.000 Fences and Section 1408.000 Floodplain Ordinance; and Chapter 15 Section 1 - Winsted Zoning Ordinance in relation to the Zoning Ordinance updates and add new sections 301.008 Sewage Treatment to Chapter 3 Utilities, Section 301.000 Sewers of the City of Winsted; 304.009 Water Supply to Chapter 3 Utilities, Section 304.000 City Water System and the Sale of Water; 308.000 Utility Connection to Chapter 3 Utilities; 1407.000 Minimum Structural Code to Chapter 14 Buildings and Structures; and Chapter 15 Section 1 - Winsted Zoning Ordinance all in the Municipal code for the City of Winsted.
A public hearing will be held by the Winsted Planning Commission on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201–1st Street North, at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the text amendment. If you would like to make comment but will be unable to attend the hearing, you may do so by writing the City of Winsted, P.O. Box 126, Winsted, Minnesota 55395.
