PUBLIC NOTICE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Section 5.2 Subdivision Regulations, Subdivision 5.2.3.19, that the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 2, at 7:00 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for property owned by Enterprise Properties LLC. the Reestablishment of County Ditch 10 Drainage System Records
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Wright, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch 10, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.101, subd. 4a, shall hold a public hearing on the engineer’s report of findings on the alignment; cross-section; profile; hydraulic structure locations; materials; dimensions and elevations; or right-of-way of the drainage system as originally constructed or subsequently improved in accordance with Minn. Stat. ch. 103E. The purpose of the hearing is to receive evidence and public comment related to the reestablishment of records for County Ditch 10, to include the alignment; cross-section; profile; hydraulic structure locations, materials, dimensions, and elevations; and right-of-way of the drainage system.
The hearing shall be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, in the Wright County Commissioner’s Boardroom at the Wright County Government Center, 10 2nd Street N.W., Buffalo, MN 55313. All interested parties may appear and be heard.

NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated November 7, 2007, and a Codicil dated November 1, 2014. The Registrar accepted the application and informally appointed Amy C. Grandstrand, whose address is 287 - 237th Lane Northeast, Bethel, MN 55005, to serve as the personal representative of the Decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.
Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after thirty (30) days from the issuance of letters testamentary, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the Decedent.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
