HOWARD LAKE HYDRANT FLUSHING: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10 – FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12
The City of Howard Lake will be flushing fire hydrants to remove mineral deposits and ensure hydrants are working properly. During this time, water may become discolored, water pressure may drop, or both. The water is safe to drink, but it may stain fabrics if clothes are being washed during the flushing. We recommend not washing white or light colored clothing during this time.

ABATEMENT AND ISSUANCE OF BONDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Howard Lake, Minnesota (the “City”) will meet at or after 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of Howard Lake City Hall, located at 625 8th Avenue, Howard Lake, Minnesota, to conduct a public hearing to consider granting a property tax abatement (the “Abatement”) under Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.1812 through 469.1815, as amended, to finance improvements to the building located at 733 6th Street, within the City (the “Project”), which improvements will benefit certain property in the City (the “Property”). The total amount of the proposed Abatement is estimated to be $980,000, collected over a period of up to 20 years.
A draft copy of the Abatement resolution containing the terms of the Abatement will be on file at City Hall and available for public inspection on and after the date of this notice. Any person wishing to express an opinion on the matters to be considered at the public hearing will be heard orally or in writing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In the Matter of the Redetermination of Benefits of Wright County Ditch No. 22
Whereas, The Wright County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Wright County Drainage Authority, has determined that the benefits or damages of record do not reflect current land values and have appointed viewers to redetermine the benefits and damages determined for the original construction and subsequent improvements to the aforementioned drainage system, and; Whereas, the Viewers Report for the Redetermination of Benefits has been filed with the County Auditor,
NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hear public comment on the acceptance of the revised portion of redetermination of benefits in the Board Room of the Wright County Courthouse in Buffalo, Minnesota on October 9, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. All persons interested in the revised portions redetermination of benefits wanting to be heard should appear at this time. If accepted, the redetermined benefits will replace those now being used and all future maintenance expenses will be assessed based upon the redetermined benefits.
The drainage authority has also been presented with information indicating the need for maintenance of the existing drainage system. The Drainage Authority in preparation for this work has accepted a bid for tree removal services on County Ditch 22 to be completed in 2018.

the transferring of authority for the outlet on County Ditch 33
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Wright County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch 33 pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.812, will be conducting a public hearing regarding the transfer of authority for the outlet portions of County Ditch #33 currently controlled by the City of Monticello. This authority was transferred to the City of Monticello on August 22, 2006 in an outlet agreement for the Hidden Forest and Niagara Falls developments, both of which were never constructed.
The public hearing will take place on October 16th, 2018 at 9:30 am at the Wright County Commissioner’s Boardroom at the Wright County Government Center, 10 2nd Street N.W., Buffalo, MN 55313

CORRECTED PUBLIC NOTICE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Section 5.2 Subdivision Regulations, Subdivision 5.2.3.19, that the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 2, at 7:00 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for property owned by Enterprise Properties LLC. The property is located within the City limits of Lester Prairie and will combine the current Outlot B and Outlot C in Prairie Ridge First Addition and Outlot A in Prairie Ridge Second Addition. The subdivision will be known as Prairie Ridge Third Addition and would contain one block with five lots and four outlots consisting of approximately 37.907 acres.
