2. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($150,000.00).
3. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
4. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Wright County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the drainage authority for County Ditch 33 pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.812, will be conducting a public hearing regarding the transfer of authority for the outlet portions of County Ditch #33 currently controlled by the City of Monticello. This authority was transferred to the City of Monticello on August 22, 2006 in an outlet agreement for the Hidden Forest and Niagara Falls developments, both of which were never constructed.
The public hearing will take place on October 16th, 2018 at 9:30 am at the Wright County Commissioner’s Boardroom at the Wright County Government Center, 10 2nd Street N.W., Buffalo, MN 55313
Interpretive Services will be provided upon request.

1. Title
The title of Ordinance No. 224 is “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO JAGUAR COMMUNICATIONS, INC., TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A CABLE SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF MAYER, MINNESOTA, SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF THE FRANCHISE; PROVIDING FOR REGULATION AND USE OF THE SYSTEM AND THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS HEREIN.”

The City of Mayer has issued a non-exclusive 15-year franchise to Jaguar Communications, Inc. for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a cable television system.
