RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the City Administrator, City of Mayer, 413 Bluejay Ave, P. O. Box 106, Mayer, MN 55360-0102 until 10:00 AM on Tuesday November 20, 2018, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately:
• 3,560 LF - CURED IN PLACE PIPE (CIPP) APPROXIMATELY 8” MEASURE
• 1,176 LF - CURED IN PLACE PIPE (CIPP) APPROXIMATELY 10” MEASURE
• 61 EACH - LATERAL REINSTATEMENT (ANY SIZE)
together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by May 17, 2019.
PLAN HOLDERS LIST, ADDENDUMS AND BID TABULATION: The plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available for download on-line at www.bolton-menk.com or www.questcdn.com. Any addendums may also be distributed by mail, fax or email.

OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.

THIN ICE
Winsted Lake notice
Winsted Lake will have a Winter Aeration System installed when the ice becomes safe enough for travel (estimated installation December 15). It will be located behind City Hall and running throughout the winter creating an area of open water and thin ice. Please stay clear of the signage area.
