WAVERLY CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DECEMBER 5, 2018 AT 7:00 PM
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Waverly will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. regarding the Municipal Liquor operations. The hearing will be held in the council chambers of the Waverly City Offices (502 Atlantic Avenue). The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the operations of the municipal liquor store. Individual citizens or representatives unable to attend the meeting may submit written comments prior to the hearing.

CITY OF MAYER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for a variance request at 305 5th Street NE. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the variance request is to allow for a wall sign to exceed the minimum size of a sign in the P/I Public/Institutional District and to allow for all signs on a lot to exceed the total square footage for all signs on a lot in the P/I Public/Institutional District under Title XV: Land Usage, Section 152.131 Signs Permitted in Commercial, Industrial and Public/Institutional Districts.
A copy of the proposed variance request, in its entirety, is available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing prior to or at the hearing or orally at the time of the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed or delivered to: City of Mayer, 413 Bluejay Avenue, PO Box 102, Mayer, MN 55360.
