NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Thursday, January 10, 2019 the Wright County Planning Commission will hold a hearing in the County Commissioner’s Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, in the City of Buffalo, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following item:

LOCATION: XXX 28th Street SE – Lot 2, Block 1, Whispering Winds Industrial Park Second Addition, according to plat of record, Section 14, Township 119, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota. (Rockford Twp.) Owner: LS Enterprises, LLC Tax #215-063-001020
Petitions for a Conditional Use Permit for a general contracting and house moving business to include construction of a building to house equipment and offices for the business as regulated in Section 155.029 & 155.055 Chapter 155, Title XV, Land Usage & Zoning of the Wright County Code of Ordinances. Property is zoned I-1 General Industry.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed application will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal. Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
Jordan Hirsch is requesting a variance for the purpose of placing a new 6200 square foot pole shed on his 5.5 acre parcel. Ordinance allows only 4000 square feet. This is PID# 212-000-133201 and is located at 2630 Co Rd 7 SW.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
