CITY CODE AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. the Dassel City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Hall to amend City Code Chapter 110, Sections § 110.01 – 110.21 Alcoholic Beverages, Regulation of the Possession, Sale and Consumption of 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor and Intoxicating Liquor within the City of Dassel.
Copies of the full text for the proposed ordinance amendments are available at the Dassel City Clerk’s office, 460 Third St, Dassel, MN.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing(s), at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the Council meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning & Zoning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider a request for a conditional use permit to install a commercial fence at 182 Sunset Ave NW.
Persons wishing to be heard regarding this request will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted any time prior to the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Send comments to: City of Cokato, PO Box 1030, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, MN 55321.

An Ordinance to Repeal City of Dassel
City Code Sections 32.15 – 32.18 Nursing Home Board
Whereas, the City of Dassel City Code Sections 32.15 – 32.18 were enacted May 15, 1978 to establish a Nursing Home Board;
Whereas, the City of Dassel no longer owns or operates the Dassel Lakeside Community Home, nursing home; and
Whereas, it is necessary and appropriate that City Code Sections 32.15 – 32.18 be repealed.
Now, therefore be it ordained and enacted, by the City Council of the City of Dassel that City Code Sections 32.15 – 32.18 adopted May 15, 1978 entitled “NURSING HOME BOARD” are hereby repealed in their entirety.
This ordinance shall be repealed on its passage and publication.
The preceding City Code sections have been repealed by the Dassel City Council on September 16, 2019.

An Ordinance to Repeal in its Entirety City of Dassel Code
Chapter 35 Administrative Offenses
Whereas, The City of Dassel City Code Chapter 35, composed of Sections 35.01 through Section 35.10 inclusive, was enacted December 20, 2004, to provide an informal and expedited procedure for resolving certain alleged Code violations;
Whereas, after its initial enactment Chapter 35 has not been implemented by the City of Dassel, and following further evaluation it has been determined by the Dassel City Council that Chapter 35, as initially structured, will not be implemented by the City.
Now, therefore, be it ordained and enacted by the City Council of the City of Dassel that City Code Chapter 35, composed of Section 35.01 through Section 35.10 inclusive, adopted December 20, 2004 entitled “ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES” is hereby repealed in its entirety.
This ordinance shall be repealed on its passage and publication.
The preceding City Code Chapter has been repealed by the Dassel City Council on September 16, 2019.
