STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP
CALL FOR GRAVEL QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting the following quotes for gravel:
A quote for approximately 6,000 yards (more or less at the board’s discretion) of crushed Class 5 and/or Class 1 gravel to be hauled on Stockholm Township roads or picked up with the township truck at the vendor’s pit.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, March 8, 2019. Please include the anticipated date of delivery with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
Quotes must be on a per yard basis. The Town Board reserves the right to take random samples for quality, with an independent lab doing the grading at the township’s expense. The Township Board reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate the contract for under grade. The Town Board reserves the right to take quantity checks by weight using 2600# as a standard yard. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the township.

DASSEL TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF MEETING DATE CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the regular monthly Dassel Township meeting has been changed for the month of March 2019 to the first Tuesday of the month (March 5, 2019) at 10:00 a.m. instead of the second Tuesday of the month. This will only be a change for the month of March 2019.

Notice is hereby given that Dassel Township will hold a special meeting starting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 to discuss the 738th road. The meeting will be held at the Dassel History Center.

Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Officers
For Kingston Township residents
Notice is hereby given to all qualified voters of Kingston Township, County of Meeker, State of MN, that the Election of Township Officers and the Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday March 12, 2019. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday March 19, 2019. The election poll hours will be 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at which time voters will elect: One supervisor for a 3 year term and a Treasurer for a two year term. The Board of Canvas will follow the election. The Annual meeting will commence at 8:15 PM to conduct all necessary business prohibited by law. The Election and Annual meeting will be held at the Kingston Community Center 30840 722nd Ave. Dassel, MN 55325.

Public hearing - City of Cokato
Preliminary Plat, Site Plan & Re-zone
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning & Zoning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 5 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider a request from Elim Mission Church for a Preliminary Plat, Site Plan Review, and Re-zoning to accommodate construction of a new church facility on U.S. Highway 12.
