Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the Wright County Parks and Recreation Department until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at the office of Wright County Parks and Recreation located at 3500 Braddock Ave NE, Buffalo, MN 55313, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the reclamation and bituminous paving of 2.095 miles of trails at Montissippi County Park. Major components of the Work include:
1. Subgrade Preparation of 12,656 SQ YD
2. Full Depth Reclamation of 11,390 SQ YD
3. Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,B) 1,783 Tons
4. Six Inch Concrete Walk 840 SQ FT
5. Truncated Domes 96 SQ FT
6. Work not to begin before June 1, 2019 and must be completed prior to September 30, 2019. No Work To Be Scheduled on Fridays OR on Holidays.
Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by the Wright County Parks and Recreation Department.

There will NOT be a pre-Bid conference.
Bids shall be directed to the Director of Parks and Recreation, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, “BID FOR MONTISSIPPI PARK TRAIL PAVING,”
The Wright County Director of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Wright County Parks and Recreation Department.

Notice of Unclaimed/Abandoned Property
The Howard Lake Police Department holds property items that may belong to you. The property items were seized and have been unclaimed since June 20th, 2017. To claim the property, contact the Howard Lake Police Department (625 8th Avenue Howard Lake, MN 55349). Prior to release of property, proof of ownership will be required. If the property is not claimed within 90 days after the date of notice, it will be disposed of or forfeited according to department procedure.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In the Matter of the Request for Abandonment Regarding
Wright County Ditch No. 14
Whereas, The Wright County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Wright County Drainage Authority, has received a petition signed by more than 51% of benefitted landowners on County Ditch No. 14 requesting the abandonment of this drainage system, and; Whereas, the petition for abandonment has been filed with the County Auditor.
NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority for County Ditch No. 14 will hear public comment regarding the petition for abandonment of County Ditch No. 14 in the Boardroom in the Wright County Government Center at 10 2nd Street N.W. in Buffalo, Minnesota on February 26th, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. All persons interested and wanting to be heard should appear at this time. If accepted, the abandonment would remove the Drainage Authority’s responsibility for any future maintenance on this system.
The drainage authority has also been presented with information that the restoration of this system is not practical, and that it no long functions as originally designed. Any written objections to the abandonment of this ditch must be sent to Robert J. Hiivala at 10 2nd Street N.W., Room 230, Buffalo, MN 55313 by February 25th, 2019 by 4:30pm.

You are notified that there will be ae hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights before the Iowa District Court for Jasper County at the Courthouse in Newton, Iowa at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of March, 2019.
You are further notified that unless you appear thereto and defend at the time and place identified above that termination of parental rights may be decreed as prayed in said petition.
