Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
Gerald E. and Joan L. Haekenkamp are requesting a lot line variance for the purpose of splitting off approximately 40 acres of their property (PID #212-000-073100) to sell. This 40 acres is farm land only and will have no building entitlement. The proposed split does not contain a complete quarter of a quarter of a section of land, which is the reason a variance is required, according to ordinance. Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
