STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP
CALL FOR GRAVEL QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting the following quotes for gravel:
A quote for approximately 6,000 yards (more or less at the board’s discretion) of crushed Class 5 and/or Class 1 gravel to be hauled on Stockholm Township roads or picked up with the township truck at the vendor’s pit.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, March 8, 2019. Please include the anticipated date of delivery with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
Quotes must be on a per yard basis. The Town Board reserves the right to take random samples for quality, with an independent lab doing the grading at the township’s expense. The Township Board reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate the contract for under grade. The Town Board reserves the right to take quantity checks by weight using 2600# as a standard yard. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the township.

FRENCH LAKE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF TOWNSHIP ELECTION
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, the Township Election will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The French Lake Township Annual Town Meeting will take place following the close of the polls.
The Public Accuracy Test of the ES&S AutoMARK, assisted voting device, which will be used during the election will be held on Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 immediately after the regularly scheduled Township meeting at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall. The purpose of this testing is to ascertain that the equipment will correctly tabulate the votes cast for all races and candidates. The public is invited to attend.

Wright County Ditch No. 29
Whereas, The Wright County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Wright County Drainage Authority, will hold a public hearing regarding a partial abandonment of County Ditch #29 that occurred on August 19th, 1986, and; Whereas, the petition for partial abandonment was accepted and was filed with the County Auditor without a definitive legal description of the portion of the ditch that was abandoned.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ORDAIN AND TO ADOPT THE REORGANIZED AND RESTATED WRIGHT COUNTY ORDINANCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Board of Commissioners, during its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 9:30 A.M., will hold a public hearing to consider ordaining and adopting the reorganized and restated Wright County Ordinance. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
The Wright County Board of Commissioners will be reviewing and discussing the proposed adoption of a reorganization and restatement of the Wright County Ordinances as complied and amended by the codifier. The intent of this ordinance is to adopt the noncontroversial and typographical changes to the ordinance as corrected and presented by the codifier.

Watertown Township
Notice of Annual Meeting
Notice is hereby given to the residents of Watertown Township, County of Carver, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday March 12, 2019. In case of inclement weather, the meeting may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March 19, 2019). If inclement weather also postpones the meeting on the third Tuesday, it will be held on Tue, March 26, 2019.
The Annual meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. Town will be discussing various topics including the 2020 levy. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Watertown Township Office at 3580 County Road 10 North Watertown, MN.
