RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the City Administrator, City of Winsted, 201 First Street North, Winsted, MN 55395-0126 until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately:

together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification.
COMPLETION OF WORK: Substantial Completion must be accomplished by 11/30/2019. Final completion must be accomplished by 07/01/2020.

FUNDING SOURCES: The City of Winsted, MN, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Mn/DOT Office of Aeronautics are sources of funding for this project.

Notice is hereby given to the residents of Hollywood Township, Carver County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:30 PM to conduct all the necessary business prescribed by law. In case of inclement weather, the meeting may be postponed to the third Tuesday in March.

CITY OF MAYER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on an amendment to Title XV: Land Usage, Chapter 152 Zoning, Section 152.003 Definitions; and Chapter 154 Floodplain Management, Section 154.02(F) and Section 154.08(A)(4) of the City Code for the City of Mayer. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the text amendment is to consider amending the text of the recently approved floodplain management section to correct inconsistencies in the text.
A copy of the text amendment documents, in its entirety, are available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing (prior to or at the hearing) or orally at the time of the public hearing. Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Victor Township, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019. In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting may be postponed until Tuesday, March 19, 2019. The election poll hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
