Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 the Middleville Township Planning Commission will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following item:
SBA Communications is requesting a renewal of their Conditional Use Permit for a cell tower along Howe Ave SW on property they have leased from the Lawrence Broll Living Trust. This is PID #212-000-264301. It is located in the SW1⁄4 of the SW1⁄4 of section 26, Middleville Township, Wright County.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed CUP will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Howard Lake Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on April 9, 2019 at 6:00 pm. The public hearing will be conducted at City Hall located at 625 8th Ave. in Howard Lake.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a preliminary plat, rezoning, and planned unit development amendment to allow for the development of 12 villa style single family dwelling units in Outlot D of Terning Trails Plat 3.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing. Additional information regarding the hearing may be obtained by contacting the City of Howard Lake at 625 8th Ave., PO Box 736, Howard Lake, MN 55349 or (320) 543-3670. Full plans for review are available upon request.

Wastewater Treatment - Facility Plan

The Annandale/Maple Lake/Howard Lake Wastewater Commission will hold a public hearing to accept comments on the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements Facility Plan. The Facility Plan, prepared by Bolton & Menk Inc., addresses capital improvements including building, basin, clarifier, lift station, and tertiary treatment improvements, that are necessary to comply with the facility’s NPDES/SDS Permit No. MN0066966 requirements. The facility plan addresses the facility located at 1759 County Road 7 NW, Maple Lake, MN.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide comments. You may submit written comments, which must be received by no later than April 29, 2019.

Important Information Regarding Assessment and Classification of Property This may affect your 2019 property taxes.
The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Winsted Township will meet on April 10, 2019 at 6 p.m. in the Vollmer Room of Winsted City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been property valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation of classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessment and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization.
