Notice is hereby given that the French Lake Township Board will meet on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, beginning at 9:00 AM at the French Lake Township Hall and continuing around French Lake Township for the annual road review.
The purpose of this meeting is to survey the Township roads and determine necessary improvements. Action may be taken.

The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Hollywood Township will meet on April 22 – 26, 2019, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm at the Carver County Assessor’s office. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local Board of Appeal and Equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county Board of Appeal and Equalization.

VARIANCE REQUEST
CITY OF WAVERLY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, April 18, 2019 to consider a variance request for the following lots in the Woodland Shores 2nd Addition development: Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 Block 5, Lots 5, 6 Block 6, Lots 3, 4 Block 8.
The variance, if granted, would allow the construction of a new residential dwellings on existing lots that are non-conforming to the Waverly Zoning Ordinance but were approved with the official development plat. Currently, the lots are unbuildable due to the limitation in size and/or expanded drainage easement. A variation in building setback requirements of the Waverly Zoning Ordinance on the above listed properties is proposed.

WRIGHT COUNTY
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Wright County, State of Minnesota (the “County”), will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 9:30 A.M. in the Board Room at the County Government Center, 10 2nd Street NW, Buffalo, Minnesota, relating to a proposal concerning: (1) the adoption of a five-year capital improvement plan (the “Plan”); and (2) the issuance of general obligation bonds (the “Bonds”) to finance construction of a new Government Center and a new law enforcement training facility within the County pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 373.40. The maximum principal amount of the Bonds to be issued under the Plan is $60,000,000 for projects identified in the Plan.
If a petition requesting a vote on the issuance of the Bonds, signed by voters equal to five percent (5%) of the votes cast in the last County general election, is filed with the County Auditor within thirty (30) days after the public hearing, the County may issue the Bonds only after obtaining approval of a majority of voters voting on the question of the issuance of the Bonds at an election.
Information on the Capital Improvement Plan is on file and may be inspected in the Administration Department, Room 235, Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
At the time and place fixed for the public hearing, the Board of Commissioners will give all persons who appear at the hearing an opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposal. In addition, written comments shall be submitted to Lee Kelly, County Administrator, Administration Department, 10 2nd St. NW, Room 235, Buffalo MN 55313.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, April 18, 2019 to consider an application for a conditional use permit for a planned unit development in the Windgate Subdivision. The original development plat included a planned unit design for three quad residential buildings. The proposal is to develop the property with six twin residential buildings on the property. The proposed use is residential with a potential for assisted living units.
The proposed conditional use permit, if approved, would allow the property to be developed as intended with multiple family units with the change in building design from quad home buildings to twin home buildings.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed conditional use of the property.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will, dated November 19, 2003, (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Cherie Greenhagen, whose address is 6712 Montreal Place, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
