NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election has been called and will be held in and for Independent School District No. 424 (Lester Prairie), Minnesota, on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to vote on the following question:
School District Question Approval of School Building Bonds
Shall the School Board of Independent School District No. 424 (Lester Prairie), Minnesota, be authorized to issue general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $13,000,000 for acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities?
BY VOTING “YES” ON THIS BALLOT QUESTION, YOU ARE VOTING FOR A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE
The combined polling place and precincts served by such combined polling place for the special election will be as follows:

All qualified electors residing in the School District may cast their ballots at the polling place designated above during the polling hours specified above.
A voter must be registered to vote to be eligible to vote in the special election. Unregistered individuals may register to vote at the polling place on election day.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Wright County Ditch No. 10 Pond Construction project will be received by ISG, electronically through QuestCDN only until 2:00 PM local time on 05-17-2019, at which time the Bids received will be posted publicly online. The Project consists of constructing the following major quantities of Work:
1. Approximately 1,100 linear feet of open ditch cleaning
2. Approximately 150 linear feet of concrete pipe with sizes ranging from 36-inch to 72-inch
3. Construct 1 Concrete Outlet Structure
4. Construct 1 concrete weir
5. Excavate approximately 60,000 CY of material for the construction of a storage pond
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
