NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
All interested persons are hereby notified that the Winsted Planning Commission will meet to conduct a public hearing to rezone property from R-2 Multiple Family Residential District to R-1B Single Family Residential District legally described as follows:
Lot 13, except the North 46 feet thereof, and all of Lot 12, Block 3, Barrett’s Second Addition to the Village of Winsted.
The Owner and Applicant have also requested a minor subdivision for the property to split the property to allow for construction of a two-family, owner-occupied dwelling unit. The Winsted Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers at Winsted City Hall, 201-1st Street North, Winsted, Minnesota 55395.
