WRIGHT COUNTY DITCH NO. 10 POND CONSTRUCTION

ENGINEER PROJECT NO. 20449
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Wright County Ditch No. 10 Pond Construction project will be received by ISG, electronically through QuestCDN only until 2:00 PM local time on 09-27-2019, at which time the Bids received will be posted publicly online. The Project consists of constructing the following major quantities of Work:
1. Excavation of approximately 55,000 CY of material for the construction of a stormwater pond
2. Construction of rip rap outlet and diversion water control structures
3. Approximately 85 linear feet of 36-inch concrete pipe
4. Erosion Control and Seeding
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2687 ELECTIONS
NOTICE OF USE OF DS200 BALLOT COUNTER FOR ALL ELECTIONS IN 2019 AND THEREAFTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ISD No. 2687 will implement the use of DS200 Ballot Counter at the November Special Election in 2019 and for every election thereafter. This new equipment will be used to record and tabulate ballots.
A DS200 Ballot Counter will be available for demonstration during normal business hours beginning September 24, 2019 at ISD No. 2687.
The equipment will be located at the District Office at 8700 County Road 6 SW, Howard Lake, MN 55349.
Notice is hereby given this 12 day of August, 2019.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Advisory Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday, the 25th day of September 2019 at 9:30 A.M. at the McLeod County Environmental Services Facility in the Large Conference Room, located at 1065 5th Ave SE, Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SAID MEETING is to consider the following application located in the County of McLeod and filed with the County Environmental Services Director. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process. Complete legal descriptions are on file in the Environmental Services Office.
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT requested by Joel Marnik for home occupation of a boat shrink wrap and storage business in an accessory structure to be greater than 2,400 sq. ft. (60’ X 80’) on a parcel less than 10 acres in size within 10 AC of the N 660’ W 660’ NE1⁄4NE1⁄4 of Section 32 in Township 117-27 (Winsted.)
THIS HEARING will be held by the McLeod County Planning Advisory Commission at which time you may appear if you desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or in support of the proposed application. Thereafter, the McLeod County Planning Commission shall forward its recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners. If you desire to provide comments or objections to the Planning Commissions’ recommendations, you may take your request to the County Board which has the final authority to act on the findings of the Planning Commission.
