PUBLIC NOTICE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Section 5.2 Subdivision Regulations, Subdivision 5.2.3.19, that the Lester Prairie City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding the final plat and minor subdivision of property by Lester Building Systems/William Meloche. The property is located within the City limits of Lester Prairie. The minor subdivision is to divide the property into two blocks. Parcel A would be the southernmost 203.96 feet by approximately 1,178.91 feet, for a total of approximately 5.56 acres and Parcel B would be the remainder of Lot 45, a total of approximately 17.62 acres. The current legal description of the property is: Auditor’s Plat 2-116-27, 25.95 acres of Lot 45 except N 118’ of E 278’ & Ex Westerly 150’ & Ex 150’ x 415’ and adjacent vacated street along the North side.

Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following item:
The Middleville Board of Adjustment has received a request for a lot line variance for the property at 4836 Lenhart Ave SW. The northeast corner of the 20 year old attached garage is closer to the lot line than the ordinance allows. The property is for sale, so the owners wish to make it official with a variance. This property is located in the old Smith Lake Townsite in Section 30, Middleville Township, PID #s 212-016-013010 & 013050.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.

WRIGHT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND
THE WRIGHT COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO
CHAPTER 92 PARK AND RECREATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Board of Commissioners, on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, during its regular meeting, will consider amending the Wright County Code of Ordinances. The amendment has been assigned number 19-3. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
The Wright County Board of Commissioners will be reviewing and discussing proposed amendment to the Wright County Code of Ordinances. The proposed amendments will amend Chapter 92 – Park and Recreation. This proposed amended ordinance will authorize the consumption of malt beverages and wine in reserved facilities and campsites. The proposed amendment will also authorize the consumption of intoxicating beverages provided it is distributed by a person holding a Caterer’s Permit. The park hours are also proposed to be expanded from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Written comments may be submitted to Wright County Administration, 10 2nd Street N.W., Room C235, Buffalo, MN 55313. All comments received by October 14, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. will receive full consideration by the Wright County Board of Commissioners.
