Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation hereby notifies all bidders:

Failure by a contractor to implement an affirmative action plan or make a good faith effort shall result in revocation of its certificate or revocation of the contract (Minnesota Statute 363A.36, Subd. 2 and 3).”
A minimum goal of 5.3 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Wright County Ditch No. 10 Pond Construction project will be received by ISG, electronically through QuestCDN only until 2:00 PM local time on 11-01-2019, at which time the Bids received will be posted publicly online. The Project consists of constructing the following major quantities of Work:
1. Excavation of approximately 55,000 CY of material for the construction of a stormwater pond
2. Construction of rip rap outlet and diversion water control structures
3. Approximately 85 linear feet of 36-inch concrete pipe
4. Erosion Control and Seeding
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

French Lake Township Notice of Snow Plow Service
French Lake Township residents are encouraged to sign up for snow plow service for the duration of the season. Snow plowing is available to residents of French Lake Township for $200/season, if paid by October 31st. The fee jumps to $250/season if payment is made beyond October 31st.
If you haven’t had the township snow plow previously, please call the clerk to have the township inspect your driveway for feasibility before sending in your payment.
Please mail your check with the address to be snow plowed, your name, and your phone number to The French Lake Township Hall, 3133 County Rd 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you would like to confirm receipt, please contact clerk 5 days after mailing.
