ASSESSMENT NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Franklin located in Wright County, Minnesota, will meet via TeleConference at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, the 29th day of April, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and determining whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor. The Town Board has chosen during the COVID 19 Pandemic to follow Minn Stat. 13D.021 which permits open meetings to be conducted through teleconferencing.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may call into said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

Notice is hereby given that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter on Monday, May 11 , 2020 at the Delano City Hall, located at 234 2nd Street North, for the purpose of considering an application by the Delano Veterinary Clinic for a site and building plan review, variance to allow a 3 foot parking lot setback at the south and west lot lines; a variance from the parking lot curbing requirement along the south and west sides of the parking lot and a Conditional use permits to allow metal exterior siding on the building expansion to match the existing building and proof of parking stalls on the property at 504 Babcock Boulevard East
