CITY OF DASSEL PROPERTY OWNERS
Important Information Regarding Assessment and Classification of Property
This may affect your 2021 property taxes.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for the City of Dassel will meet on Friday, April 10, 2020 from 9 am – 2 pm at the Meeker County Court House. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact the Meeker County Assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with the assessor, you may appear before the board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make any corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before an appeal can be taken to the county board of appeal and equalization.

PUBLIC HEARING - CITY OF COKATO
The City of Cokato in the process of amending a Wellhead Protection Plan for its drinking water supply wells. Consistent with the Minnesota Wellhead Protection Rule (part 4720.5350, subpart 4), a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, April 13, 2020, at 7:00 PM at the City Hall office located at 255 Broadway Ave. South, Cokato, MN to discuss comments provided from local units of government and solicit comments from the public.
A copy of the Wellhead Protection Plan is available at the City of Cokato City Hall for review. Questions may be directed to Jeff DeGrote at 320-286-5505.

Public Notice
2020 Bituminous Seal Coating Project
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cokato, Wright County, Minnesota requests bids for the furnishing and application of approximately 7,512 gallons CRS2 of bituminous materials at a rate of .28 GSY, 468 tons of aggregate and application with coverage for 26,832 sq. yards. (Application of 1/4 - 5/16 pea rock at a rate of 20 lbs. per sq. yard) and rolled a minimum of (3) times. Application of fog seal, CSS1H oil diluted at 50% applied at a rate of .13 per sq. yd. Sealed bids will be accepted until 3 p.m., Thursday, April 9th, 2020, at City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, PO Box 1030, Cokato, MN, 55321. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bids are opened. Bids will be considered and other action taken as necessary at the regular City Council meeting on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in the bids, and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.

Notice for Gravel 2020
Kingston Township is asking for sealed bids on screening, loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 7000 yards of class 5 gravel for township roads. All bids must be in the form of cubic yards. Include in your bid the cost of class 5 for emergency delivery ex: wash outs, frost boils. You must be willing to work with our township board and road grader operator. We will ask for random tests on gravel loads being hauled. A certificate of insurance must accompany your bid. The township board will not accept any bids that include a surcharge for fuel. Work is to be completed June 1, 2020. Any gravel delivery after this date will be reduced by $100.00 per day until fulfillment of contract has been met.
