RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Proposals for the work described below will be received online through QuestCDN.com until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, City of Dassel, 460 3rd Street, Dassel, MN 55325.

together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by June 18, 2021.
PLAN HOLDERS LIST, ADDENDUMS AND BID TABULATION: The plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available for download on-line at www.bolton-menk.com or www.questcdn.com.

BID SUBMITTAL: A bid shall be submitted online no later than the date and time prescribed. For this project the City will only be accepting online electronic bids through QuestCDN. To access the electronic bid form, download the project document and click online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted.
BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Buffalo shall accompany each bid.
OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.

Kingston Township Dust Control
Kingston Township is offering dust control to township residents. The township will pay 1⁄2 the cost for the first 300’ and if resident wants additional dust control they would pay full cost. If a township resident is interested in dust control please call township clerk at 320-398-8400 and leave a message with phone number to be reach for cost of dust control. ISD 466 Call for BidsOn Vocational House
VOCATIONAL HOUSE: Bids will be accepted until Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 1:00 pm CDT for the purchase of a three bedroom, 30x50 or 1,500 sq. ft. home constructed by Dassel-Cokato vocational carpentry students. Minimum bid is $39,200 plus MN Sales Tax, which is currently 6.875% for a total of $41,895. Features include:
• Maintenance free metal sofit and facia
• Maintenance free CertainTeed vinyl siding
• Andersen High Performance windows
• Electrical wiring performed by Lite Electric, Inc.
• Insulation is blown fiberglass with walls having R-23 and ceilings R-49, under the care of Ricky’s Insulation
• Plumbing roughed in by Falcon Mechanical
All necessary inspections have been completed by the MN Department of Labor and Industry. The home may be viewed by contacting Derek Levno at DC High School. All bids must be submitted to Tina Palmer, Business Manager, ISD #466, 4852 Reardon Ave SW, Suite 1700, Cokato, MN 55321 and clearly marked “Vocational House Bid”.
All bids must state the bid price with an addition of the applicable state sales tax and the total of the bid plus tax. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s check payable to ISD #466 in the amount of 10% of the bid. This bid security will be kept by the district as liquidated damages in the event the high bidder does not purchase the house. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder must pay for the house by June 25, 2020 or forfeit bid security.
The house must be removed from school property by August 14, 2020, otherwise penalties will apply. Bids will be opened at 1:00 pm CDT, May 6, 2020 in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room and tabulated for the Board of Education consideration at the regular May meeting.
