NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall, 460 Third St, Dassel to consider the following Conditional Use Permit application:
Steven Metzler, 701 Utah Ave S, Golden Valley, MN 55426, owner; PID 23-0095000; Lot 8, Block 7, Original Townsite; property address: 331/335 Atlantic Ave W, Dassel, MN; zoned Central Commerce has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit to add two 2-bedroom apartments in the existing commercial space.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the meeting by mail: City of Dassel, PO Box 391, Dassel, MN 55325 or by email: email@example.com.
