Sealed bids are to be received at the office of the Director of Parks and Recreation, Wright County Public Works Building, 3500 Braddock Avenue NE, Buffalo, MN 55313 until 12:00 p.m. (noon) local time Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at which time bids will be publicly opened, reviewed and read aloud. Please label the outside of the sealed envelope - Bradbury Stamm Construction Winkelman, LCC, Campground Buildings for: Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park, and Include the Bid Category. The name and address of the Bidder must be shown on the outside of the envelope. No digital bids will be accepted.
The Wright County Parks and Recreation Director along with Bradbury Stamm Construction Winkelman, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts of, and/or to waive any informalities or irregularities during the selection/bidding process. Successful bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bonds, and Certificates of Insurance. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled opening. A bid bond is not required.

Notice is given that on January 28, 2020, at 1:30 PM , a hearing will be held in this Court at 10 NW Second Street Buffalo Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the Decedent, dated June 2, 2016, under Minn. Stat. 524.2-513 (“Will”), and for the appointment of Coreen E. Dougherty, whose address is 8228 State Hwy. 24 NW, Annandale as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
