Call for Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance Service Estimates
The School Board of Independent School District No. 2687 of Howard Lake, MN will receive estimates for lawn care and landscape maintenance service for the 2020 season. Estimates will be accepted until 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 30, 2020 at the District Office, 8700 County Road 6 SW, P.O. Box 708, Howard Lake, MN 55349; please mark estimates “Lawn Care Estimate 2020”.
Complete specifications and estimate forms are available at the District Office. The administration and school board reserves the right to reject any or all estimates and to waive any irregularities or technicalities.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will, dated July 2, 2019, (“Will”), has been led with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed John Jantschik, whose address is 4069 Heritage Lane S.E., Prior Lake, Minnesota, 55372, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decadent.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are fIled with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after thirty (30) days from the issuance of letters testamentary, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the decedent.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
