PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST
OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT
On Thursday, February 20, 2020, a public accuracy test of the electronic voting equipment will be held for the precincts listed below. The public accuracy test will be held in the township hall conference room in the administration building on the second floor of the Carver County Government Center at 9:30 am, 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm.
If you would like to witness this demonstration, you are welcome to do so at the above-mentioned location.

FRENCH LAKE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF MEETING MOVEMENT & PNP/TOWNSHIP ELECTIONS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, of the following elections and meeting movements:
The regularly scheduled March township meeting has been moved from March 3, 2020 to February 25th, 2020 due to the PNP election.
The Public Accuracy Test of the ES&S AutoMARK, assisted voting device, which will be used during the next two elections will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 immediately after the moved March Township meeting at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall. The purpose of this testing is to ascertain that the equipment will correctly tabulate the votes cast for all races and candidates. The public is invited to attend.
Presidential Nomination Primary (PNP) Election will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Seven (7) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m.
Township Election will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. A single, 3 year term supervisor role is on the ballot. Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Seven (7) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The French Lake Township Annual Town Meeting will take place following the close of the polls.

NOTICE
The Central MN Council on Aging will publish a special Competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) simplified Mini-Grants for requests between $1,500-$5,000, for the Title III-D Preventive Health (Programs must meet AoA’s highest tier of evidence) services and Title III-E National Family Caregiver Support Program, for Caregiver Information Services, for the calendar year 2020. This application is for Federal Older Americans’ Act Funding provided to the Central Minnesota Council on Aging by the Minnesota Board on Aging. Hollywood Township
Annual Board of Audit
Notice is hereby given to the residents of Hollywood Township, Carver County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Board of Audit will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting is held so that the Town Supervisors can audit the town ledgers of the Clerk and the Treasurer for the past calendar year.
Also on the agenda that evening will be the upcoming interviews for Supervisor Seat A.
The Annual Meeting agenda will be reviewed as well.
The meeting will be held at the Hollywood town Hall one block east of the Hollywood Sports Complex on County Road 122.

Hollywood Township Residents
The Hollywood Township Board will meet on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. to conduct interviews for the Supervisor A seat that is being vacated by Mike Lynch, who is moving out of the township.

CITY OF MAYER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on an amendment to Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 152 Zoning of the City Code for the City of Mayer, by amending Section 152.003 Definitions and Section 152.060 (C/I) Commercial/Industrial District. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the text amendment is to consider amending the text in relation to adding uses to the C/I Commercial/Industrial District.
A copy of the proposed text amendment in its entirety is available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing prior to or at the hearing or orally at the time of the public hearing. STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP
CALL FOR GRAVEL QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting the following quotes for gravel:
A quote for approximately 6,000 yards (more or less at the board’s discretion) of Class 5 modified gravel to be hauled on Stockholm Township roads or picked up with the township truck at the vendor’s pit.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 16233 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, March 6, 2020. Please include the anticipated date of delivery with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
Quotes must be on a per yard basis. The Town Board reserves the right to take random samples for quality, with an independent lab doing the grading at the township’s expense. The Township Board reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate the contract for under grade. The Town Board reserves the right to take quantity checks by weight using 2600# as a standard yard. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the township.

FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION PRIMARY ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of the DS450 central count and the AutoMARK assistive voting device for absentee and mail ballot precincts, to be used for the March 3, 2020 PNP election, will be conducted at the Wright County Government Center, 10 2nd St NW, Rm 230, Buffalo, MN. Testing of the AutoMARK will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Testing of the DS450 will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. The Public Accuracy Test is open to the general public.
