NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Date: February 18, 2020
YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated March 15, 2004, executed by James E. Noyes and Sally S. Noyes, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to Liberty Bank Minnesota, successor in interest to Liberty Savings Bank, fsb, as Mortgagee, and filed for record April 8, 2004, as Document No. A903898, in the office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota; modified by a Mortgage Loan Modification Agreement dated March 12, 2009, and filed for record March 20, 2009, as Document No. A1112531, in the Office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
2. The Mortgage has not been assigned.
3. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was $164,000.00.
4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
5. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.
6. At the date of this Notice the amount due on the Mortgage, and taxes, if any, paid by the holder of the Mortgage is $143,840.66.

9. The time allowed by law for redemption by Mortgagors or Mortgagors’ personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months after the date of sale.
10. The property must be vacated by 11:59 p.m. on October 13, 2020, provided the Mortgagors have not reinstated the Mortgage under Minnesota Statutes, Section 580.30 or redeemed the property under Minnesota Statutes, Section 580.23. If the foregoing date is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, then the date to vacate is the next business day at 11:59 p.m.

NOTICE OF ELECTION
Pursuant to
Minnesota Statute 207A.11, a Presidential Nomination Primary will be held on March 3, 2020,in the State of Minnesota, the County of McLeod.
Presidential nomination primary voters must be registered to vote pursuant to Minnesota Statute 201.054, Subd. 1.
Nomination primary voters must also request the ballot of the major political party for whose candidate the individual wishes to vote. Polling place election judges must record in the polling place roster the name of the major political party whose ballot the voter requested. The County Auditor must include the name of the major political party whose ballot the voter requested with the voting history of the nomination primary election.
The major political party ballot selected by a nomination primary voter is private data, except that it will be shared with the chairs of the major political parties in the State of Minnesota.

Victor Township public accuracy test for the Presidential Nomination Primary and Township election is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th at 11:00 a.m. Equipment to be tested are the AutoMark ballot marking device and new DS200 ballot counter. Public Accuracy Test
Presidential Nominating Primary
Please take notice that the City of Waverly will be performing the required public accuracy test for the electronic voting system equipment and Auto mark ballot marking system on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Waverly City Hall, 502 Atlantic Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota.
The required testing of the equipment is to ensure that the system is operating accurately and tabulation of the votes are consistent on test ballots with a pre-audited listing of votes prepared specifically for the testing. The Auto mark machine will be tested to ensure the ballot marking system is working accurately.
The public is welcome to attend the testing of the voting equipment.
