Project Overview:
Wright County Department of Parks and Recreation in partnership with the City of Monticello is soliciting bids for Turn Lanes, Striping, Pavement Reconditioning, Bituminous Milling, Common Excavation, Granular Borrow, Class 1 and Class 5 Aggregate, PM Bituminous Asphalt Pavement on Briarwood Ave NE, in Monticello Township, Minnesota. We anticipate awarding this contract in early April with the goal of having the work completed on-site on or before September 30, 2020. Contractors shall submit sealed proposals on or before 2:00 PM Central Time on March 26. 2020. Submittal requirements shall consist of (2) hard copy to:

The Wright County Director of Parks and Recreation along with the City of Monticello Public Works Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and/or to waive any informalities or irregularities during the selection process.

Lester Prairie Schools is seeking bids for lawn mowing and trimming services around the school building and grounds. Please submit bids to the school by Tuesday, March 17 at 4 pm. Bids will only be accepted if listed in one-year format for the 2020, 2021, and 2022 season, showing the price for per-time and seasonal mowings. Questions should be directed to Superintendent Melissa Radeke at the District Office.

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the City Administrator, City of Winsted, 201 First Street North, Winsted, MN 55395-0126 until 10:00 AM on Monday March 30, 2020 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, March 19, 2020 to consider a variance request submitted by Lori and Mike Bauer for the property located at 109 Wilson Street, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow a 6 -foot addition to the existing garage. A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed for the building setback property line in the front yard.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.

YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Advisory Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday, the 25th day of March 2020 at 9:30 A.M. at the McLeod County Environmental Services Facility in the Large Conference Room, located at 1065 5th Ave SE, Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350.
