The Wright County Sheriff’s Office has the following unclaimed items in their possession:

If you believe any of this property belongs to you please call 763-682-7680 or 763-684-2363 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Prior to release of any property proof of ownership will be required.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO MODIFY AND IMPLEMENT CHARGES FOR COUNTY SERVICES
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 373, notice is hereby given by the Wright County Board of Commissioners of the intent to modify and implement the following charges for service. (Proposed language and fee changes are reflected in bold.)

SECTION 1. GENERAL REVENUE
SHERIFF
Change the following language/fees on the Schedule:

Employee/Retired-in-Good-Standing Employee Permit to Carry Fee $100.00 $10.00
Spouse of Wright County Sheriff’s Office Employee Permit to Carry Fee $100.00 $25.00

The proposed charges for services will be considered at a Public Hearing conducted by the Wright County Board of Commissioners at 9:30 A.M. on April 28, 2020, in the County Board Room, Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota. Information on the proposal for charges for service is on file in the Administration Department, Room 235, Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
Interested persons are invited to attend the Hearing or submit written comment prior to the Hearing date. Written comments shall be submitted to Lee Kelly, County Administrator, 10 2nd St. N.W., Room 235, Buffalo, Minnesota, 55313.

PUBLIC HEARING – MINOR SUBDIVISION, REZONING OF SPLIT LOT
CITY OF NEW GERMANY
Notice is hereby given; the Planning Commission with the New Germany City Council of the City of New Germany will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at the New Germany City Hall located at 300 Broadway Street East, New Germany, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a minor subdivision, rezoning and comp plan amendment for property located on 62nd Street east of State Highway No. 33 (State Street), Property Identification No. 55.0043220 located within the City of New Germany municipal limits.
The legal description of the property is as follows:
The North 405.12 feet of that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 116, Range 26, Carver County, Minnesota described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence southernly along the west line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 1266.625 feet; thence easterly, parallel with the north line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 430.10 feet; thence northerly, parallel with the west line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 1266.625 feet to the north line of said Northwest Quarter; thence westerly along said north line to the point of beginning.
A copy of the minor subdivision, rezoning, and comp plan required update is available for review at the City Hall during normal business hours. During the COVID 19 pandemic, please call and request information through mail or email, or make an appointment.
All interested parties are urged to submit their written testimony by mail or email to ngcityhall@gmail.com. On May 5, 2020 it is unknown on account of the COVID 19 if you will be able to attend the Public Hearing in person, or it may be limited to one at time for testimonial, you will be required to abide by the social distance requirement of 6 feet while waiting or after entering Public Hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE
WINSTED PUBLIC CEMETERY
The annual meeting of the Winsted Public Cemetery has been postponed due to COVID-19. The meeting will be rescheduled for June or July depending on the restrictions for groups larger than 10.
