Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, the filing period for the position of One (1) Township supervisor opens Tuesday, December 29 and runs through 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 12. This position is a 3-year term. This is the only elected official position on the ballot for the March 9th Township Elections in 2021.The Township Clerk can be reached by email at FrenchLakeTwpclerk@outlook.com by interested parties to file Affidavits of Candidacy during the 12/29/20 to 1/12/21 dates.

WRIGHT TECHNICAL CENTER School District 966
The meeting of the Governing Board of Wright Technical Center, School District 966, was held on Wednesday November 4, 2020 at 1405 3rd Ave. NE, Buffalo, Minnesota 55313.
Members Present: Diers, Steffens, Lee, Sixberry, Curtis, McAlpine, Delano Alternate Johnson, Annandale Alternate Muehring-Paulson..
Others Present: Brian Koslofsky-Executive Director, Shaun Karson-Principal, Dana Watters-Administrative Assistant, Remote Anh Glewwe-Business Manager, Kelly Kosloski and Hannah Sewald-Staff Representatives and visitor Mariah Dalbec.
The meeting was called to order by Member Diers at 6:32 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda Review
On motion by Member Curtis, second by Member Lee, the agenda was approved as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Consent Agenda
On motion by Member McAlpine, second by Member Sixberry, the consent agenda was approved as presented. 5.1 October 6 regular meeting, 5.2 Bills for Payment, 5.3 Acceptance of donation of nails, 5.4 Acceptance of donation of a Buick, 5.5 Acceptance of donation of a Chevrolet.
Financial Report
Business Manager Glewwe reported on the current finances. On motion by Member McAlpine, second by Member Lee the financial report was approved as presented.
Audit Report
Auditor Janel Bitzan of berganKDV, expressed an unmodified opinion on the basic financial statements of WTC. On motion by Member McAlpine, second by Member Curtis, to approve the 2020 Audit as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Principal Report
Principal Karson reported on meetings & events, college articulation meetings, program highlights & updates, WLC student support and engagement, and enrollment.
Director’s Report
Director Koslofsky discussed the current county and school case numbers, the Ridgewater facility agreement, FCC license, facilities update, finances, meetings attended and upcoming.
New Business
• Approval of the Engagement Letter for Valuation of the Educational Broadband Service Licenses WND309 and WHR847 as presented. On motion by Member McAlpine, second by Member Lee. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
• Approval of the second and final readings of policies, 410 Family & Medical Leave, 413 Harassment & Violence, 414 Mandated Reporting of Child Neglect or Physical or Sexual Abuse, 415 Mandated Reporting of Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults. On motion by Member McAlpine, second by Member Sixberry, to approve the second and final readings as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
On motion by Member Steffens, second by Member McAlpine, for adjournment. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:28.

Notice is given that an Application for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar. The Registrar accepted the application and appointed Robert D. Williams, whose address is 417 West Liberty Street, Apt. 4, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, to serve as the personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
Any heir or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.
Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after thirty (30) days from the issuance of letters of general administration, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the decedent.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

ORDINANCE NO. 353AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE UTILITY RATES AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE ACCORDINGLY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE ORDAINS:
Section 1: Section 2.4 of the Municipal Code WATERWORKS, Subdivision 2.4.16, shall be amended so that the words and figures of “Three Dollars and 50/100 ($ 3.50)” shall be deleted and there inserted in their place shall be the words and figures of “Three Dollars and 75/100 ($ 3.75)”.
Section 2. Section 2.6 of the Municipal Code SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, Subdivision 2.6.10.1.9 shall be amended so that the words and figures of “Eight Dollars and 00/100 ($ 8.00)” shall be deleted and there inserted in their place shall be the figures of “Eight Dollars and 75/100 ($8.75)”.
Section 3: Section 2.8 of the Municipal Code GARBAGE COLELCTION, Subdivision 2.2.8 shall be amended so the figures of “$ 9.80” shall be deleted and there inserted in its place shall be the figures of “$ 10.00”.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force the first day of January, 2021, following its passage and publication.

ORDINANCE NO. 354AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, LAND USE AND CONTROL, FOR THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE ACCORDINGLY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 5.1.12.3 Procedure shall be amended so that the words and figures of seventy-five (75) shall be deleted there inserted in its place shall be the words and figures of “three hundred (300.00)”.
Section 2. Section 5.1.13.5 Procedure for Special Use Permits (a) shall be amended to that the words and figures of seventy-five (75) shall be deleted and there inserted in its place shall be the following words and figures of “three hundred (300.00)”.
Section 3. Section 5.1.14.6 Fees shall be amended so that the words and figures of seventy-five (75) shall be deleted there inserted in its place shall be the words and figures of “three hundred (300.00)”.
