The meeting of the Governing Board of Wright Technical Center, School District 966, was held on Tuesday March 2, 2021 at 1405 3rd Ave. NE, Buffalo, Minnesota 55313.
Members Present: Steffens, Sixberry, Mealey, Curtis, Lee, Bravinder, Benson..
Others Present: Brian Koslofsky-Executive Director, Shaun Karson-Principal, Anh Glewwe-Business Manager, Dana Watters-Administrative Assistant.
The meeting was called to order by Member Mealey at 6:34 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Agenda Review
On motion by Member Lee, second by Member Steffens, the agenda was approved as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Consent Agenda
On motion by Member Curtis, second by Member Benson, the consent agenda was approved as presented. 5.1 February 2 regular meeting, 5.2 Bills for Payment.
Financial Report
Business Manager Glewwe reported on the current finances. On motion by Member Sixberry, second by Member Lee, the financial report was approved as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
On motion by Member Bravinder, second by Member Sixberry, the FY21 Revised Budget was approved as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Principal Report
Principal Karson reported on Full In-Person Learning, meetings, program & updates, 2020-21 registration, WLC activities, night school and enrollment.
Director’s Report
Director Koslofsky discussed health & safety, 2021-22 calendar, Perkins and Capital Equipment, facilities, finance and meetings.
Finance Committee Meeting
Member Bravinder reported on the finance meeting. A future meeting will be held on April 6 for further discussion.
New Business
• On motion by Member Sixberry, second by Member Lee, to approve the three-year renewal of berganKDV for auditor services as presented. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
• On motion by Member Benson, second by Member Steffens, for adjournment. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:41pm.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGPublic Hearing on the Petition of the MinnesotaCommissioner of Transportation to Modify a Portion of County Ditch 39 Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 161.28
Whereas, The Wright County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Wright County Drainage Authority, has received a petition to modify (extend) the culvert under I-94 between Sections 04 in Monticello Township and Section 03 of the City of Monticello along County Ditch #39, also known as Otter Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hold a Public Hearing to make findings on this report on April 27th, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. If accepted, the Drainage Authority shall make its order allowing the commissioner to make the alteration or change petitioned for.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic only limited in-person attendance will be permitted at the public hearing. Please contact the Agricultural & Drainage Supervisor Matt Detjen at 763-682-7571 to obtain a link to live stream this public hearing and provide comments. Written comments are encouraged and can be mailed to Matt Detjen, Agricultural & Drainage Supervisor at 3500 Braddock Ave NE, Room #125 Buffalo, MN 55313. Written comments must be received by April 26, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. to receive consideration by the Wright County Drainage Authority.
