Plenty of housing available in Lester Prairie

By Lynda Jensen
Editor

Despite a slow economy, Lester Prairie continues to offer a wide range of housing options while retaining its small-town feel. With the metro area less than an hour away, Lester Prairie continues to draw new residents, as well as retain its long-time inhabitants.

Housing options in the community range from apartments to single-family houses to townhomes.

The community’s close proximity to Highway 7 is another attractive feature Lester Prairie residents enjoy.

East Park Estates is a development in the area and is located on McLeod County Road 9. This development began adding homes to the community in 2005 and offers both single-family homes and townhomes.

Located near the development is Sunrise Nature Park. For more information about East Park Estates, contact Lenny and Linda Juncewski at (320) 485-4408.

Prairie Ridge is a development situated near the southeast edge of town on McLeod County Road 9. This development overlooks the Crow River.

The development includes a park with plenty of playground equipment to satisfy any kid’s play appetite. For more information about Prairie Ridge, contact Enterprise Properties at (763) 546-2500.
