   Montrose housing options abound

Montrose has no shortage of housing developments, and offers options for home builders, buyers, and renters.

With eight parks, a baseball field, and two wildlife areas, residents have many options for outdoor activities that are close to housing developments.

Developments in Montrose include:

Rolling Meadows, which is located north along Wright County Road 12.

Northridge is located north along Wright County Road 12 (Buffalo Avenue) on the northwest end of the city, with 173 single-family homes and 54 townhouses.

Rock Brook is located along the south edge of Highway 12 on Highway 25, and will offer approximately 48 single-family homes and 18 townhomes.

Pheasant Hills, on the north side of town, and Parkview will open the final phases in 2004.

Forest Creek Development is located in the north part of town near Clementa Avenue.
