   NG and Mayer offer housing options

There are many housing options for those wishing to live in the New Germany and Mayer area. Whether wishing to rent or buy, the area offers something for everyone.

New Germany housing

For housing in New Germany, new residents can choose from houses currently on the market, apartments, or new housing in the Black Forest Estates development.

Deutchland Apartments is located at 600 Broadway Street East in New Germany. Contact Amy at extension 23 (Van Binsbergen & Associates) at 877-269-6640.

Black Forest Estates development consists of 182 lots and is located on the northeast side of town. Contact Clay Montgomery at (763) 497-1127 or (612) 280-5968.

Trophy Lake Estates is a new development in New Germany.

Construction began in August 2008 and will continue in 2009.

This will be a gated community designed to accommodate water sports enthusiasts.

It will feature three man-made lakes for water skiing and other water sports, a swimming pond, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and a basketball court.

Mayer housing options

Mayer also offers both apartments and housing developments for new or relocating residents.

Mayer Elderly Apartments is located at 419 Bluejay Avenue. Call (952) 955-1962 for more information.

Hidden Creek development consists of 314 lots for single family housing and is located on the west side of Highway 25, just north of Ninth Street. Contact Rebecca at (763) 566-1524.

Coldwater Crossing also has 391 single family lots and is located to the west of Highway 25, just north of Carver County Road 30. Contact Scott Gates at (612) 670-7268.
