For those who find Cokato a place they’d like to call home, there are plenty of options out there for home buyers, builders, or renters.
Currently, there are three major housing developments in Cokato including Klarbacken, located on Klarsyn Avenue; Field Crest, located east on Wright County Road 3; and Trailstone, located on the east side of town off of Highway 12.
There are also a number of senior housing options including Cokato Apartments and Cokato Manor Community Services which offers Bookridge assisted living facility.
