Gilbert M. Kruschke obituary


Gilbert M. Kruschke, age 61 of Prescott Valley, Ariz.,
formerly of Minnesota, died Nov. 19, 1997 at Phoenix, Ariz.
He was born June 25, 1936 at Lester Prairie, Minn., son
of August and Lillie Moenke Kruschke. He was baptized and confirmed at St.
Peter’s Lutheran Church, Lester Prairie. He was a veteran of the Korean
War serving in the United States Army. He was united in marriage to Ethel
I. Hansen on Dec. 12, 1964 at Spring Lake Park, Minn. He worked for 29 years
at Northwest Airlines prior to his retirement.
Gilbert Kruschke is survived by his wife Ethel, Buffalo;
son Duane (Jane) Kruschke, Tacoma, Wash.; daughters: Vikie Anderson, Tacoma,
Wash. and Karen (Marcus) Voth, Buffalo; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild;
brother Marvin (Lydia) Kruschke, Lester Prairie; sister Arlaine (Loren)
Schiebe, Greenfield, sister-in-law Germaine (Alvin) Beaudry, Albertville;
step-sisters Vera Fruetel, Lester Prairie; Dorothy (Edwin) LaMott, Silver
Lake, Ella (Orlin) Graupmann, Plato and Lilly Dammann, Lester Prairie; also
many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death
by his parents, step-mother Augusta Kruschke, brothers Willard and Irvin
Kruschke.
Memorial services will be held Saturday Dec. 13, at 1 p.m.
from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Buffalo. The Reverend James
Disney will officiate at the service.
