Margaret C. “Margie” Deidrick
Margaret C. “Margie” Deidrick, age 80 of Green
Isle and formerly of Winsted, died Friday, Feb. 9, 2001, at the Glencoe
Area Health Center.
Margie was born April 6, 1920 in Victor Township, Wright
County, the daughter of Herman and Sophia Lena (Loebertmann) Deidrick.
She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church
in Winsted.
Flowers and gardening were the things Margie enjoyed.
She is survived by her brothers: Royland (Ann) Deidrick
of Montgomery, Ill., and Calvin H. (Ruth) Deidrick of Waverly; her twin
sister, Mildred Bisping of Winsted; a sister-in-law, Rufina Deidrick of
Winsted; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents; a brother,
Ervin Deidrick; and a sister, Evelyn Habisch.
Funeral services were Sunday, Feb. 11, 2 p.m., at the Chilson
Funeral Home, Winsted, with the Rev. George K. Tjaden officiating. Interment
followed at the Winsted Public Cemetery.
The organist for the service was Loree Dobratz. Soloist
Kathy Deidrick sang “Amazing Grace­How Sweet The Sound” and
“What A Friend We Have In Jesus.”
Casket bearers were James Deidrick, Gary Deidrick, Alan
Deidrick, Kenneth Habisch, Henry Habisch Jr., and Gerald Bisping.
The Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted served the family.
