Deborah Marie Niesen
Deborah Marie Niesen, age 44, of Howard Lake, passed away
Tuesday, April 2, 2002, at Buffalo Hospital, Buffalo.
Deborah fought lung cancer for a short two months, and
died peacefully with several family members close by.
She was born Aug. 31, 1957 in Buffalo.
Deborah was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Carl
Habisch and William Wiegert; sister Donna Marlene Wiegert; and other relatives.

She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Gary
Niesen; daughter, Wendy (Terry) Stoll of Howard Lake; sons, Shane (Cyndie)
Niesen of Papillion, Neb., Justin (Sara) Niesen of Howard Lake; grandchildren,
Allan and Austin Stoll; Khloe and Nolan Niesen; Morgan Niesen; father Dale
Wiegert; and mother Dorothy Wiegert.
She is further survived by her siblings, Darrell (Barb)
Wiegert of Flat Rock, Mich., Duane (Cheryl) Wiegert, Dawn (Steve) Anderson,
Darla (Matthew) Drusch, and DeeDee (Steve) Demarais, all of Howard Lake,
Denise Wiegert and Shaun of Waverly, Dana (Tammy) Wiegert of Howard Lake;

grandmothers, Florence Wiegert and Helen Habisch of Winsted;
brothers-in law Mike (Barb) Niesen of Watertown, Guy Niesen of Las Vegas,
Nick (Kellie) Niesen of Delano, Eric (Lisa) Niesen of Clarksville, Tenn.,
Chris (Joan) Niesen of Waverly; and sister-in-law Kathy Niesen of Eden Valley;
and many other relatives and friends.
She graduated from Watertown Senior High in 1975. She was
a dedicated life-long employee of LSI Corporation of America, Inc, in Plymouth
and was also named employee of the year for 2001.
Her hobbies included landscaping her yard and tending to
her flower garden, remodeling her house, riding her Harley Davidson, traveling
with her husband and family, and spending time with her grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was Saturday, April 6, 10 a.m.,
at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted. The Rev. Paul Wolf was the celebrant
of the mass.
Music was provided by LaVon Kielkucki, and Jim Habisch,
Chris Niesen, Eric Niesen, Mike Niesen, Nick Niesen, Dana Wiegert, Darrell
Wiegert, and Duane Wiegert served as casketbearers.
Arrangements were made by Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home
of Cokato and Howard Lake.
