Mary Ann Hance, age 74, of Delano, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, after courageously living with lung cancer for two and one-half years.
She was born March 12, 1933.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Diane (Bruce) Hance of Coon Rapids; son Jeff (Robyn) Hance of Minneapolis; granddaughter Lauren Hance of Minneapolis; two sisters, Virginia Sovell and Angie (Charlie) Delgado, both of Minneapolis; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Victoria (Smarzyk) Sovell; her husband, George; two sisters, Teckla Dole and Evelyn Rossin; and five brothers, Michael Kaczrowski, Floyd Kaczrowski, William Kaczrowski, Francis Sovell, and Donald Sovell.
A celebration of her life took place Tuesday, Dec. 11 at noon at the Peterson Chapel Buffalo Funeral Home.
Visitation was Monday, Dec. 10 from 4 to 8 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., and continued Tuesday for one hour prior to the service. Interment was at Lakeview Cemetery.
The Peterson Chapel Buffalo Funeral Home served the family.
