Kathy Dawn White Johnson, age 45, of Lesage, W.Va., died Thursday, May 22, 2008, after a massive heart attack following a blood clot.
She was born Nov. 6, 1962, in Huntingon, W. Va., the daughter of C. Max White and Donna Ilene Colegrove White of Lesage.
Kathy was a graduate of Milton High School and Marshall University, and a past school teacher in the Cabell County School System in West Virginia.
She was a member of Oak Hill UBI Church, where she served as music director and pianist.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Allen William Johnson of Lesage, formerly of Dassel; her daughter, Abigail Faye Johnson of Lesage; two stepsons, Zachary Allen Johnson of Whiteman AFB, Mo., and Adam Johnson of North Dakota; sister Amy Marie White Burgess and husband Tracy; nephew Dustin; and father- and mother-in-law, Wilton and Beverley Johnson of Dassel; as well as other relatives and friends.
Funeral services and interment have taken place in West Virginia.
