A very meticulous man in everything he undertook, Russ was especially meticulous on the golf course. His ability to stay one under par earned him the name of “Birdman,” and he was fortunate to have shot a hole-in-one, and also to shoot his age of 78 last year.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; two sons, Mark (Karen) of Moorestown, NJ, and Marty (Katlin) of Tabernacle, NJ; three grandchildren, Sean, Nikole, and Brandi; two sisters, Dorothy (Donald) Bock of Monticello, and Barb (Dale) Emery of Orr; two brothers-in-law, Tom, and Ralph (Sue); and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Gordon Stieve.
