Sandra Westrum, age 74, of Buffalo, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017, in Buffalo.
She was born June 7, 1942, in Waverly, to Ervin and Lenora (Weckop) Stock. Sandy grew up in the Montrose area, and graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic School in 1960.
She worked at Honeywell for 35 years.
Sandy married Milo Westrum Jan. 30, 1987, in Buffalo.
Sandy kept the books for Milo when he owned his café, Milo’s Café in Howard Lake. She and Milo moved into Buffalo in 2010.
Sandy enjoyed needlework, puzzles, and was an avid reader.
She was active in the Boy Scouts with her son, Greg.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Lenora; brothers Wayne, and Dennis Stock; and sister, Colleen Tolzmann.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Milo Westrum; son, Greg (Connie) Kramber; step-son Ben Watson; step-daughter Christine (Mike) Fuglesten; grandchildren Jake and Joshua Kramber; brother Meryl “Jack” (Carolyn) Stock; and sisters Barbara “Bobby” Johnson and Mary (Byron) Churchill.
Funeral services took place Thursday, March 23 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Buffalo, with one hour visitation before the service at the church. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Waverly.
Casket bearers were Wade Johnson, Warne Johnson, Wayne Quigley, Randy Gunderson, Ryan Johnson, and Austin Krueger.
