Anita Martha Duske, age 80, of Waverly, passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018.
There will be visitation Friday, Dec. 21 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at the Peterson Chapel in Buffalo, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.
The funeral service will be Saturday, Dec. 22 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Howard Lake, with visitation at 9:30 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Pipe Organ Fund, St. John’s Lutheran, Howard Lake, MN.

Anita was born Jan. 18, 1938, in Warren, MN, to Arnold and Alyce (Horgen) Rokke.
She was joined in holy marriage to Adrian Bennett Charles Duske May 5, 1962, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. The couple was blessed with four children.
Anita was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian.
She is survived by her children: Marjorie Duske of Alexandria, VA, Michelle (Pat) Heuer of Waverly, Melanie Duske of Howard Lake, and Adrian (Rachel) Duske, Jr. of Waverly; grandchildren Meghan (Peter Goldstein) Williams, Jessica (Kris Marut) Heuer, Nathaniel Heuer, and Jakob, Leo, and Eva Duske; sisters Marilyn (Dennis) Gray, and Naomi (Dennis) Winkelmann; brother John (Denise) Rokke; sister-in-law Martha (David) Smith; and many other relatives and friends.
