Cheryl Lynn Donovan, age 60, of Howard Lake, passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, at her residence.
A graveside service will take place Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 1:15 p.m., Assembly Area #5, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday, Jan. 19, starting at 1 p.m., at The Blue Note, 320 3rd Street S. in Winsted. All family and friends are welcome to attend.

Cheryl was born March 31, 1958, in Paynesville, the daughter of Donald and Jeanne (Jacobson) Liestman.
She was formerly employed in house cleaning.
Cheryl enjoyed playing bingo at The Blue Note, the Minnesota Vikings, sitting on the deck overlooking Lake Mary, and watching the Howard Lake Orphans baseball team. She was especially fond of spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Heinrich E. Donovan, in 2012.
Cheryl is survived by her loving children: Thomas (Jennifer) Donovan of Minnetrista, Jennifer Donovan, and Matthew Donovan, both of Howard Lake, Angela (Willis) Donovan-Skiles of Winsted, and Amanda (Chad) Anderson of Dassel; 10 grandchildren; her parents, Donald and Jeanne Liestman of Paynesville; siblings David (Carol) Liestman of Paynesville, and Carey (Rick) Caldwell of Hawick; a brother-in-law, John “Jack” (Susan) Donovan of Maple Grove; and other relatives and friends.
